Ed Simnett, CEO

Ed brings more than fifteen years of technology and mobile experience to Delivr. After founding a messaging company (ePostings) and working in the VoIP space, he spent six years at Microsoft, launching the first version of both Live Communications Server and Communicator, and then extending the reach of the product with web and mobile clients. After that he built the product strategy for Windows Live Mobile Search (now Bing Mobile). After Microsoft, Ed moved to Nokia, where he was responsible for strategy and business development within the services group, working on new products and M&A in local commerce, mobile app, address book, and social music.

Throughout his career Ed has been excited to see mobile becoming more and more a default option for products, with more mobile-first and mobile-specific experiences. He believes passionately that the increasing power of the mobile Internet has a huge role to play in closing the information gap, democratizing and empowering people everywhere around the world.

When he is not working on new mobile experiences, Ed is an avid photographer and traveler, having visited more than 60 countries around the world. He tweets @simnett.

Ed served as Chairman of the Pacific Telecom Council Advisory Council from 2007-9. He has degrees from Oxford and Harvard.

David Harper co-founded the New York chapter of Helsinki-based Mobile Monday. Mobile Monday is NY's premiere mobile network and authority for the media, financial, and advertising industries. Mobile Monday NY, Inc. is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit corporation. David is an active member of the Mobile Marketing Associations (MMA).

As founder of Engagelogic Corp – a privately held, NY-based software development and early-stage venture firm – David Harper has more than 20 years experience as an entrepreneur, patent holding inventor, and technologist.

In 2001, David Harper founded Winksite – a mobile content management and social networking software company whose solutions connect publishers to their audiences and audience members to each other.

David Harper has successfully founded several software companies, one of which was sold to an investment bank after growing it from scratch to millions in revenues. During this time he served on the board of the Long Island Advertising Club and his interactive ad agency was a 4As member. David Harper has also been instrumental in capital raises and P&L for companies under management.

David co-authored several chapters in Politics to Go – a handbook on the political uses of mobile technology that anthologizes over 50 of today’s top names in technology and politics. The Politics to Go handbook was published by the Institute for Politics, Democracy & the Internet (IPDI) at The George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management. His focus was on the use of mobile technology to reach the 18-34 yr old audience.
Davor Dokonal, Operations
Davor Dokonal is a senior product development and marketing executive, with expertise in telecommunications and information technologies.

As COO of Whitewater Mobile, Davor led the development of one of the first Web 2.0 mobile platforms for social networking applications with integrated multimedia messaging features.

Davor held various positions at LM Ericsson, including head of Strategic Product Management, Messaging Division, where he conceptualized new wireless applications and usage models for mobile Internet and new media with Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange and AT&T Wireless that achieved over 50% of the world market penetration.

He established and managed Ericsson’s R&D Project Management Office, improving project management practices and organizational competence; and later led Business Development for the Voice Messaging division, responsible for the Vodafone Global account and Europe and Middle East regions.

While in Ericsson Australia, Davor led the Project Management Office for professional services in the Asia-Pacific region and deployment of mobile network infrastructure for Vodafone Australia.

Davor holds M.E.E. in Telecommunication and Information Technology from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Zagreb, Croatia.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a member of the IEEE and the Project Management Institute.

Davor is also a volunteer Meet Director in Metropolitan Swimming organization and the Vice President of the local school district’s Industry Advisory Board for National Academy Foundation’s Academy of Information Technology high school program.
Alexis Rondeau, Analytics
Alexis Rondeau also co-founded PercentMobile. PercentMobile is a hosted mobile analytics service that makes your mobile audience and opportunities clear.

With 10 years of professional experience and 5 years focusing on mobile, Alexis enjoys working with international brands, interactive agencies, and the mobile community.

A serial entrepreneur, Alexis co-founded the acclaimed Semapedia.org project and kick-started MobileCamps: Un-Conferences providing a creative environment for mobile professionals.

He moved to New York City, after studying computer science and economics at University of Vienna, Austria.
